New Jersey High School Basketball - Glen Ridge fells Eagle Academy
December 21, 2024: Newark, NJ The Glen Ridge Ridgers basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Eagle Academy to 26 in the Ridgers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Ridgers now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Brearley for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Glen Ridge will confront a Bears team coming off a 72-11 league loss to Roselle (Roselle, NJ). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Eagle Academy falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The travel to Global Studies (Newark, NJ) to confront the in a non-league game on Monday, December 23. The go into the game with a record of 0-1. Global Studies lost 44-35 in their recent non-league game against Lincoln (Jersey City, NJ)
