Hampton Roads Academy Navigators (Newport News, VA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Yorktown, VA), 43-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Hampton Roads Academy advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Navigators travel to Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA) to face the Chargers in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 1-4. Isle of Wight Academy lost 80-33 in their recent non-league match against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA)

The Eagles now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grove Christian School for a non-league match on Monday, January 6.
