The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Staunton Storm (Staunton, VA) and the visiting Nelson County Governors (Lovingston, VA), observed Staunton's basketball team edge Nelson County by a margin of 71-64.

The Storm (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Handley (Winchester, VA). The Judges come into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Handley edged George Wythe (Wytheville, VA), 64-54, in a non-league challenge.
