Georgia High School Basketball - North Gwinnett bested by Sequoyah
December 21, 2024: Canton, GA 30115 Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting North Gwinnett Bulldogs (Suwanee, GA), 81-73 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Sequoyah advances its record to 7-5 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Stone Memorial (Crossville, TN) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 10-3. Stone Memorial won 73-65 in their recent non-league match against Farragut (Knoxville, TN)
The Bulldogs now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johns Creek for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. North Gwinnett will face a Gladiators squad coming off a 86-53 non-league win over Northview (Johns Creek, GA). The Gladiators record now stands at 8-4.
