December 21, 2024: Live Oak, FL 32064 Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Suwannee Bulldogs (Live Oak, FL), 56-34 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Vanguard advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Knights host North Marion (Citra, FL) to face the Colts in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Colts enter the match with a record of 9-1. North Marion won 71-31 in their recent non-league match against Saint Francis Catholic (Gainesville, FL)
The Bulldogs now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. Suwannee will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 62-58 non-league win over Landrum (Landrum, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-2.
