Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Sto-Rox knocks off Ambridge
December 21, 2024: Ambridge, PA 15003 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sto-Rox Vikings (McKees Rocks, PA) and the host Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA), observed Sto-Rox's basketball team overcome Ambridge by a margin of 46-35.
The Vikings (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA). The Chargers come into the WPIAL 3A 1 challenge with a 5-0 record.
In their next game, the Bridgers battle the New Castle Hurricanes (New Castle, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Ambridge will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 52-15 non-league win over Bethlehem Center (Fredericktown, PA).
