The Downtown Magnets Suns basketball team (Los Angeles, CA), was overwhelmed 91-49 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA)

The Mustangs now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hart for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 27. Arleta will battle a Indians team coming off a 59-49 non-league win over Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA). The Indians record now stands at 6-6.

The Suns (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA). The Sharks come into the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Math & Science College Preparatory was overwhelmed by Monroe (North Hills, CA), 45-41, in a non-league battle.
