December 22, 2023: Aberdeen, SD 57401 In Friday's non-league outing, the Roncalli Cavaliers (Aberdeen, SD) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Herreid/Selby Wolverines (Herreid, SD), by a margin of 66-34.
The Cavaliers (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Webster (Webster, SD). The Bearcats go into the A Region 1 outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Webster smashed Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD), 57-34, in a league outing.
The Wolverines now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Stanley County for a non-league outing on Friday, December 29. Herreid/Selby will clash with a Buffalos squad coming off a 39-30 non-league loss to Jones County (Murdo, SD). The Buffalos record now stands at 0-6.
