In Monday's non-league test, the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA), by a score of 58-40.

Next, the Lakers clash with the Eden Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 27. Mercyhurst Prep will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 81-45 league loss to Northgate (Pittsburgh, PA).
