Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Eisenhower succumbs to Iroquois

In Saturday's non-league test, the Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA), by a final score of 61-47.

Next, the Braves clash with the Fairview Tigers (Fairview, PA) in a District 10 Region 6 test, on Tuesday, January 28. Iroquois will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 11-6 record after their 60-40 non-league loss to Meadville (Meadville, PA).

The Knights (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA). The Lakers come into the District 10 Region 4 test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Mercyhurst Prep overcame Union City (Union City, PA), 81-26, in a non-league test.
