Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Iroquois nudges General McLane

February 4, 2025: Erie, PA 16511

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA) and the visiting General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA), observed Iroquois's basketball squad get by General McLane by a final score of 62-58.

Next, the Braves clash with the North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA) in a District 10 Region 6 test, on Friday, February 7. Iroquois will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Grape Pickers come into the test with a 6-11 record after their 73-38 league loss to Girard (Girard, PA).

The Lancers (5-14) will now prepare for their test against Fairview (Fairview, PA). The Tigers come into the District 10 Region 6 test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Fairview held off Northwestern (Albion, PA), 64-35, in a league test.
