Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Towanda nips Sullivan County
December 23, 2024: Laporte, PA 18626 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Towanda Black Knights (Towanda, PA) and the host Sullivan County Griffins (Laporte, PA), observed Towanda's basketball team edge Sullivan County by a margin of 60-55.
The Black Knights (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wyalusing Valley (Wyalusing, PA). The Rams come into the Northern Tier challenge with a 0-6 record.
In their next game, the Griffins battle the Canton Warriors (Canton, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 30. Sullivan County will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 57-45 non-league win over Millville (Millville, PA).
