Illinois High School Basketball - Monticello fells Ridgeview
December 26, 2022: Monticello, IL 61856 Monticello Sages (Monticello, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL), 51-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Monticello upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Sages travel to Clinton (Clinton, IL) to clash with the Maroons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Maroons go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Clinton won 57-49 in their recent non-league bout against Oakwood (Fithian, IL)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Oakwood Comets (Fithian, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Ridgeview will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 57-49 non-league loss to Clinton (Clinton, IL).
