The Clinton Maroons basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Ridgeview Mustangs to 27 in the Maroons non-league triumph on Monday.

The Maroons now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stark County for a non-league contest on Monday, December 26. Clinton will battle a Rebels team coming off a 62-32 non-league loss to Lewistown (Lewistown, IL). The Rebels record now stands at 3-8.

The Mustangs (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Sages enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record.
