Texas High School Basketball - Palo Duro routs Alamogordo
December 26, 2024: Amarillo, TX 79107 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Palo Duro Dons basketball team scored a big 67-33 win over the Alamogordo Tigers.
The Dons (17-1) will now prepare for their contest against Tascosa (Amarillo, TX). The Rebels come into the 5A Region I District 3 contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Tascosa smashed Coppell (Coppell, TX), 69-58, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Alamogordo will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 0-8 record after their 67-45 non-league loss to Cobre (Bayard, NM).
