In Thursday's non-league test, the Virgin Valley Bulldogs (Mesquite, NV) basketball squad got by the visiting Pahrump Valley Trojans (Pahrump, NV), by a final score of 28-23.

Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV) in a non-league test, on Thursday, December 26. Virgin Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 51-40 non-league loss to Ridgeline (Millville, UT).

The Trojans (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Needles (Needles, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league test with a 10-0 record. In their last test, Needles held off Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA), 74-59, in a non-league test.
