The Crane Medical Cougars basketball squad scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Proviso East Pirates to 30 in the Cougars non-league win on Thursday.

Next, the Cougars clash with the Hyde Park Thunderbirds (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - Red Star outing, on Wednesday, January 8. Crane Medical will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the outing with a 0-5 record after their 52-27 non-league loss to Ogden International (Chicago, IL).
