Texas High School Basketball - Chillicothe overwhelmed by Petrolia
December 27, 2021: Petrolia, TX 76377 The Petrolia Pirates basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Chillicothe Eagles to 7 in the Pirates non-league victory on Monday.
The Pirates now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Electra for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 29. Petrolia will battle a Tigers team coming off a 97-40 non-league win over Rule (Rule, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 8-4.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Benjamin (Benjamin, TX). The Mustangs come into the 1A Region II District 16 contest with a 6-0 record.
