Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Edison Chargers (Huntington Beach, CA), 59-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fountain Valley upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Barons host Laguna Beach (Laguna Beach, CA) to clash with the Breakers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Breakers go into the bout with a record of 14-3. Laguna Beach won 35-14 in their recent non-league bout against Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA)

Next up, the Chargers clash with the Claremont Wolfpack (Claremont, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 28. Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 61-15 non-league win over Laguna Hills (Laguna Hills, CA).
