December 27, 2022: Turtle Lake, WI 54889 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Shore Cardinals (Port Wing, WI) and the host Turtle Lake Lakers (Turtle Lake, WI), saw South Shore's basketball squad wallop Turtle Lake by a count of 62-29.
With the victory, South Shore upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Unity (Balsam Lake, WI) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Lakers play the Frederic Vikings (Frederic, WI) in a Lakeland - West challenge, on Friday, January 6. Turtle Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record.
