Cook County Vikings (Grand Marais, MN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host International Falls Broncos (International Falls, MN), 65-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cook County upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Vikings travel to Greenway (Coleraine, MN) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Greenway won 79-78 in their recent non-league bout against Marshall (Duluth, MN)

Next up, the Broncos play the Bigfork Huskies (Bigfork, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. International Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 79-38 non-league win over International Falls (International Falls, MN).
