Missouri High School Basketball - Aurora fells Branson
December 27, 2023: Aurora, MO 65605 Aurora Houn Dawgs (Aurora, MO) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Branson Pirates (Branson, MO), 55-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Aurora upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Houn Dawgs travel to Northside (Fort Smith, AR) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Northside won 58-17 in their recent non-league bout against Hillcrest (Springfield, MO)
Next up, the Pirates play the Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Branson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 58-17 non-league loss to Northside (Fort Smith, AR).
