The Sickles Gryphons basketball team scored 59 points and held the host The First Academy Royals to 26 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Gryphons now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tampa Prep for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Sickles will battle a Terrapins team coming off a 59-54 non-league loss to Seacrest Country Day (Naples, FL). The Terrapins record now stands at 5-3.

The Royals (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Altamonte Christian (Altamonte Springs, FL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 10-2 record.
