The Troy Trojans basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Whitney Wildcats to 18 in the Trojans non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Trojans now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hico for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Troy will battle a Tigers team coming off a 57-11 league win over Ranger (Ranger, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 2-15.

The Wildcats (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lago Vista (Lago Vista, TX). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Lago Vista triumphed over Crockett (Austin, TX), 51-32, in a non-league contest.
