Texas High School Basketball - Southwest Legacy overwhelmed by Alamo Heights

December 27, 2024: San Antonio, TX 78209

In Friday's non-league test, the Alamo Heights Mules (San Antonio, TX) basketball squad trounced the visiting Southwest Legacy Titans (Von Ormy, TX), by a score of 71-24.

Next, the Mules encounter the New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 26 test, on Tuesday, December 31. Alamo Heights will attempt to improve on its 18-4 season record. The Unicorns come into the test with a 15-9 record after their 72-54 non-league win over Canyon (New Braunfels, TX).

The Titans (10-12) will now prepare for their test against Southwest (San Antonio, TX). The Dragons come into the 5A Region IV District 28 test with a 14-9 record. In their last test, Southwest bounced Winn (Eagle Pass, TX), 82-53, in a league test.
