December 27, 2024: Beecher, IL 60401 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Beecher Bobcats basketball team scored a close 48-46 triumph over the Galena Pirates.
The Bobcats (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Erie-Prophetstown was tipped by Orion (Orion, IL), 53-31, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates battle the Orion Chargers (Orion, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Galena will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 12-2 record after their 61-53 non-league win over Morrison (Morrison, IL).
