The West Forsyth Titans basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs to 42 in the Titans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Titans now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Green Hope for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. West Forsyth will confront a Falcons team coming off a 68-50 non-league win over Lee County (Sanford, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 7-5.
