North Carolina High School Basketball - West Forsyth overwhelms Green Hope

The West Forsyth Titans basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Green Hope Falcons to 44 in the Titans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Titans now possess a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Reagan for a 4A Central Piedmont game on Friday, January 3. West Forsyth will play a Raiders team coming off a 67-51 non-league win over North Surry (Mount Airy, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Green Hope falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Panther Creek (Cary, NC) to play the Catamounts in a 4A Southeast Wake game on Tuesday, January 7. The Catamounts go into the game with a record of 8-5. Panther Creek won 71-69 in their recent non-league game against Watauga (Boone, NC)
