The Forest Bearcats basketball squad (Forest, MS), lost 45-36 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Ridgeland Titans (Ridgeland, MS)

With the victory, Ridgeland advances its record to 6-8 on the year. The Titans host Columbus (Columbus, MS) to meet the Falcons in a 6A Region 2 battle on Monday, December 30. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 3-7. Columbus lost 53-28 in their recent league battle against Neshoba Central (Philadelphia, MS)
