The Hollister Haybalers nipped the host Menlo-Atherton Bears basketball squad by a final score of 60-56 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Haybalers clash with the Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 28. Hollister will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Red Devils enter the outing with a 6-3 record after their 29-20 non-league win over Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA).

The Bears (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Firebirds enter the non-league match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Fremont was nudged by Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA), 40-39, in a non-league match.
