December 27, 2024: Granite Falls, WA 98252 The Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA) basketball edged the visiting Vashon Island Pirates (Vashon Island, WA), 33-30 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Friday Harbor for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4. Granite Falls will play a Wolverines team coming off a 71-33 non-league loss to Lummi (Bellingham, WA). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Vashon Island falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Concordia Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3.
