Washington High School Basketball - Seattle Christian overwhelms Vashon Island
January 31, 2025: Vashon Island, WA 98070 The Seattle Christian Warriors basketball squad scored 50 points and restricted the host Vashon Island Pirates to 22 in the Warriors non-league win on Friday.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Annie Wright Gators (Tacoma, WA) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 3. Seattle Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Gators come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 66-60 non-league loss to Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA).
With the loss, Vashon Island falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Bellevue Christian won 81-38 in their recent non-league bout against Chimacum (Chimacum, WA)
