December 28, 2021: Greentown, IN 46936 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN) and the host Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN), saw Carroll's basketball squad overcome Eastern by a tally of 65-50.
With the victory, Carroll improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Cougars host Delphi Community (Delphi, IN) to confront the Oracles in a Hoosier Heartland challenge on Friday, January 7. The Oracles come into the challenge with a record of 1-7. Delphi Community lost 61-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Rossville (Rossville, IN)
Next up, the Comets confront the Clinton Central Bulldogs (Michigantown, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 28. Eastern will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 68-61 league loss to Tri-Central (Sharpsville, IN).
