December 28, 2022: Abington, MA 02351 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Scituate Sailors (Scituate, MA) and the host Abington Green Wave (Abington, MA), saw Scituate's basketball squad wallop Abington by a tally of 73-50.
With the victory, Scituate improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Sailors travel to Whitman-Hanson Regional (Whitman, MA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Whitman-Hanson Regional won 60-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Alabama Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL)
Next up, the Green Wave play the Silver Lake Regional Lakers (Kingston, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Abington will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 59-32 league loss to North Quincy (North Quincy, MA).
