Texas High School Basketball - Benjamin Davis knocked off by Seven Lakes
December 28, 2022: Katy, TX 77494 The Seven Lakes Spartans basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Benjamin Davis Falcons to 50 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Spartans now sport a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Katy for a 6A Region III District 19 contest on Wednesday, January 4. Seven Lakes will meet a Tigers team coming off a 62-47 non-league win over Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 10-10.
The Falcons (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Nimitz (Houston, TX). The Cougars enter the 6A Region II District 14 contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Nimitz was outscored by Washington (Houston, TX), 75-61, in a non-league contest.
