Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Central Valley Bears (Spokane Valley, WA), 75-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mt. Spokane upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Cheney (Cheney, WA) to clash with the Blackhawks in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 4-4.

Next up, the Bears clash with the Mariner Marauders (Everett, WA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Central Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Marauders go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 66-63 non-league win over Kamiakin (Kennewick, WA).
