December 28, 2022: Negaunee, MI 49866 The Negaunee Miners basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Charlevoix Rayders to 39 in the Miners non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Miners now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boyne City for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Negaunee will battle a Ramblers team coming off a 72-62 non-league win over Marquette (Marquette, MI). The Ramblers record now stands at 4-1.
The Rayders (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Marquette (Marquette, MI). The Redmen come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Marquette was defeated by Boyne City (Boyne City, MI), 72-62, in a non-league contest.
