Michigan High School Basketball - Marquette fells Charlevoix
December 29, 2022: Marquette, MI 49855 Marquette Redmen (Marquette, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Charlevoix Rayders (Charlevoix, MI), 65-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Marquette upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Redmen host Escanaba (Escanaba, MI) to play the Eskymos in a Great Northern U.P. bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Eskymos go into the bout with a record of 3-1.
Next up, the Rayders play the Glen Lake Lakers (Maple City, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Charlevoix will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Lakers go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 68-50 non-league win over Alpena (Alpena, MI).
