December 28, 2022: DeKalb, IL 60115 Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL), 57-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Geneva upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Vikings host Huntley (Huntley, IL) to clash with the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Huntley won 52-42 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL)
Next up, the Barbs clash with the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. DeKalb will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 52-42 non-league loss to Huntley (Huntley, IL).
