In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Phillipsburg Stateliners basketball team scored a decisive 59-34 triumph over the Easton Area Rovers.

In their next game, the Stateliners face the Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) in a Skyland - Raritan match, on Tuesday, January 3. Phillipsburg will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.
