December 28, 2022: Franklinville, NC 27233 Providence Grove Patriots (Franklinville, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC), 55-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Providence Grove upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Patriots travel to Trinity (Trinity, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Trinity lost 50-45 in their recent non-league bout against Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Wheatmore will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 58-34 non-league win over Randleman (Randleman, NC).
