California High School Basketball - Las Lomas nips Antioch

December 28, 2023: Antioch, CA 94509

Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Antioch Panthers (Antioch, CA), 79-75 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Las Lomas upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Knights travel to McClymonds (Oakland, CA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 11-1. McClymonds won 79-17 in their recent non-league bout against The Academy - San Francisco (San Francisco, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Antioch will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Cowboys enter the game with a 5-8 record after their 53-46 non-league loss to Alhambra (Martinez, CA).
