Wisconsin High School Basketball - Caledonia topples West Salem
December 28, 2023: West Salem, WI 54669 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Caledonia Warriors (Caledonia, MN) basketball squad beat the host West Salem Panthers (West Salem, WI), by a count of 85-77.
The Warriors (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Wabasha-Kellogg toppled Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN), 69-50, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Panthers play the Arcadia Raiders (Arcadia, WI) in a Coulee challenge, on Thursday, January 4. West Salem will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 76-53 non-league loss to Altoona (Altoona, WI).
