The Darlington Falcons basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Central Eagles to 49 in the Falcons non-league win on Thursday.

With the win, Darlington upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Forest Hills won 79-59 in their recent non-league bout against Cheraw (Cheraw, SC)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Silver Bluff Bulldogs (Aiken, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 51-41 non-league win over Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC).
