Texas High School Basketball - Manor can't hold off Episcopal
December 28, 2023: Manor, TX 78653 The Episcopal Knights basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the host Manor Mustangs to 71 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cypress Springs for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Episcopal will battle a Panthers team coming off a 58-44 non-league win over Westbury Christian (Houston, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 16-5.
The Mustangs (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Round Rock (Round Rock, TX). The Dragons come into the 6A Region IV District 25 contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Round Rock was nudged by Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX), 51-47, in a non-league contest.
