The Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) basketball knocked off the host Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC), 60-47 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Patriots (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Sports Leadership & Management (Tampa, FL). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Sports Leadership & Management defeated Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC), 72-29, in a non-league outing.
