Illinois High School Basketball - Wheaton North tops Glenbard West
December 28, 2023: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL), 61-46 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Wheaton North upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 9-1. Downers Grove South won 78-48 in their recent non-league bout against Naperville North (Naperville, IL)
Next up, the Hilltoppers play the Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Glenbard West will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Huskies come into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 78-48 non-league loss to Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL).
