The Owls now sport a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nixon-Smiley for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 28. Hondo will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 42-39 non-league win over Fox Tech (San Antonio, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-6.
The Indians/Squaws (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cotulla (Cotulla, TX). The Cowboys come into the non-league battle with a 2-9 record.
