Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting LEAD Academy Panthers (Nashville, TN), 77-62 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southern Guilford upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Storm host Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA) to play the Stallions in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Panthers play the Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. LEAD Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record.
