North Carolina High School Basketball - Southern Guilford fells Green Run
December 29, 2023: Greensboro, NC 27406 Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Green Run Stallions (Virginia Beach, VA), 56-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Southern Guilford upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Storm travel to Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC) to play the in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Caldwell Academy won 71-43 in their recent non-league bout against LEAD Academy (Nashville, TN)
Next up, the Stallions play the LEAD Academy Panthers (Nashville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 30. Green Run will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 71-43 non-league loss to Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC).
